Wooden Pattern Transfer Coating Double Door

This machine, which transfers patterned PVC film applied to aluminum profile surfaces, all materials of which are produced in our company, has been designed by us for the first time in Turkey to minimize heat losses. The inner surface of the oven, which consists of sandwich type interlocking panels, is made of galvanized sheet, and the outer surface is made of DKP sheet metal covered with electrostatic powder paint. There are channels that distribute the air homogeneously in the interior of the oven and adjustable air blowing nozzles on it.

The system, which works according to the closed circuit air circulation principle, reaches the desired temperature in a short time. Temperature control is provided by a digital thermostat and fuel economy is kept at the maximum level. There are 4 types of fuel system options to obtain the temperature: Natural Gas, LPG, Electricity and Diesel Fuel.
