U Subtype Ovens

In the term U type ”baking ovens with conveyor that we manufacture within our company, we design the thermoblock group in a different way from other powder paint plant manufacturers. Thanks to this special design, the thermoblock group delivers the heated air to the vents very quickly in a short time. The heated air coming to the vents ensures that the whole furnace reaches a homogenous temperature by means of directional flaps. Thermoblock group is made of AISI 309 stainless material. It is especially advantageous to design limited spaces of companies with this type of furnace. The material to be heat-treated passes through the entrance door of the furnace and rotates 180 degrees “U de inside and goes out parallel to the entrance door. Ovens are preferred for mass production and materials of different sizes. Furnace dimensions are designed according to the dimensions of the material to be painted and production capacity. There are 4 types of fuel system options: Natural Gas, LPG, Electric and Diesel fuel in order to obtain the temperature in our furnaces.
