PNEUMATIC SECTION        : this is the part which includes solenoid valve, air regulators and manometers. It provides the control of powder flow and air pressures.         

 

 

  1. 1. EXPLANATIONS

Turboelectric charging system is a type of powder coating. It Works by frictional contact between powder and Teflon tube is placed in the gun barrel. Powders which are less electronegative than PTFE (Teflon tube) will be positive charged by friction.

This principal provides a big advantage against the Faraday Cage effect. So, cover cage is consistent even in recesses. The surface is also smoother and much less orange peel effect. Tribo static Guns are especially suitable for difficult coating work pieces where there are many recesses or spaces.

The Electrostatic TRIBO Gun is an assembly of modular components for ease of disassembly and maintenance. Major components include a diffuser, charge tube and wide variety of specially designed spray heads.

With the shorter length, combined with the new charge tube, multi-position gun mount provides virtually unlimited freedom in positioning the gun in any direction.

Such gun positioning flexibility proves extremely valuable when coating three-dimensional parts of complex surface shapes.

The Tribo-static spray gun can be completely disassembled in a few minutes for fast and easy regular cleaning. The Tribo-static spray gun’s powder contact parts are precision machined to carefully designed parts geometries. This maximizes frictional charging performance while minimizing wear and powder contact parts are replaceable.
